SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Deliveries are made in both Australia & World wide. All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All orders are packaged and posted by me, and I endeavour to complete it within 3-5 business days from your final payment. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected and depending on location.
When you pre-order a piece please add the comments in the pre-order box outlining your custom requirements if you have any.
After all the details have been discussed and approved you will receive a timeframe for its completion and the link to pay %50 of the total amount.
After the order has been finalised you need to pay the outstanding amount in order for your order to be shipped.
From time of posting the shipping time frames via regular Australia Post / Airmail are as follows:
Within Australia - 4-14 Business Days*
FREE shipping for small sized pieces
$35 flat rate for medium sized pieces
$50 flat rate for large pieces (20kg)
*the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in our delivery network at the relevant time. All delivery times are based on the number of business days items take to arrive following the day of posting.
Express postage within Australia is available at a higher flat rate for slightly higher delivery speeds.

$100 flat rate for large pieces (20kg)
International buyers
Worldwide - 10-35+ Business Days*
$200 flat rate for small sized pieces
$320 flat rate for medium sized pieces
$50 flat rate for large pieces (20kg)
Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact me and I will try to find a way to post it.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customs
International customers may have to pay a Customs clearance fee as required by their port of delivery. Please also note that I cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately I do not accept returns based on change of mind.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact me within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed and depending on the damage I will endeavour to replace it free of cost.
In the event that we I am unable to replace the piece, I will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork. Piece is returned at buyers own cost.
